Zenfolio really going downhill - Stay awy

The first 7-8 years with Zenfolio were good. There were occasional hiccups with their slow uploading but overall it was acceptable. The past 2-3 years have been terrible and this new archiving scheme that they are forcing on everyone is a disaster! I have no idea how they thought this was a good deal for photographers. I believe they are trying to get the classic users to leave so they can go on to other things. There is no customer service. You hit their chat button and you might get a ...

With them for more than a decade, just gets worse.

With them for more than a decade - top pkg. I don't remember any improvements ever. Very disappointed in the outdated cart. The latest "archiving" scheme is being implemented without actually testing - and the fails are here. The support is non-existent.

Zenfolio is broken

Zenfolio is broken. Not just the site but the business model. The roll out of 'archive' (a service nobody wanted or asked for) has been a disaster that was easily predicted by everyone apart from Zenfolio themselves. They have allowed IT mangers to make customer service decisions, making the service unusable. I've never before encountered a company that resents its customers as much as Zenfolio - its honestly staggering. (no doubt someone will be along shortly to dispute that and pretend ...

Made me look like an idiot

I have had a photography site with Zenfolio for some years. These days it loads slowly (glacially if using a VPN). Yesterday, after making a substantial effort to update my contact list I sent a group email out, linking to the site. I was horrified when one person replied to tell me that half the photos weren't showing. It turns out that Zenfolio archived half of my galleries. I can't put a price on lost business. This year I really must make the effort to find a new provider.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, the gallery archiving is really a disaster. I have an order I cannot process pending for 20 days - all because of their arbitray archiving process.

15 years time to go

I have been with Zenfolio Classic for 15 years but now I think it is end of the road ! The Archive system is chaos, 19 of my Galleries gone, I applied "restore" in my dashboard thinking I would get my work back within 12 hours, but here we are three days later and the wonderful spinning wheel keeps on turning ! I have "reached out" to support via the correct email, only to receive a canned response. I fear my Galleries are gone forever. Support is failing badly. The sad thing is I joined ...
