Speedy and Responsive
What do you like best? We've considered few different benefits providers and Zenefits is the best. Friendly UX with simple UI comparing to other services we considered. Our employees love it. Great Customer Service During Open Enrollment
What do you like best? The customer service was quite helpful during the open enrollment period. I have a family member with a preexisting medical condition and therefore, have a lot of unique questions. Open enrollment is a short time period, and Zenefits folks helped me answer questions in a trustful way quickly. Thanks! What do you dislike? Great experience so far
What do you like best? Very user friendly! Easy to navigate benefits. What do you dislike? Nothing! It is a very straightforward interface. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to keep track of the benefit programs I have enrolled in.

Awesome!
What do you like best? Ease of set up, and how easy it is to log in and download information/documents that I need immediately. What do you dislike? Not sure there is anything I dislike. The product is easy to use and implement company wide. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy employee onboarding, easy to selected your health plan, and easy to download any information you need.

Zenefits has been mostly good for me
What do you like best? Ease of use - don't have to jump thru many hoops to get things done. What do you dislike? Early on, when I started my current position, there was an issue with my commuter benefits mastercard - it didn't arrive and I had to call once (twice, maybe to get one sent. What do you like best? The UI is extremely clean and intuitive. What do you dislike? Zenefits does not offer some of my favorite insurance options, such as Kaiser Permanente for medical benefits and VSP for vision benefits. What do you like best? The fact that everything I need for the candidate can be uploaded into Zenefits. It is also very user friendly. It stores a lot of the paperwork I need which reduces the paper clutter and lost information. What do you dislike? Their contracts/offer letters don't allow you to put annual salary so you have to do the math and enter an hourly figure or no salary will show. They do not offer a 401K they have Ubiguity that offers some type of retirement plan. ...

Easy to use but has bugs
What do you like best? Zenefits is very simple to set up and use. It's kind of a no-brainer, the information you need to provide to them to get started is very self-explanatory. What do you dislike? They have bugs. Even when a company has selected a plan for its employees, employees can run into trouble enrolling via the Zenefits software (ie. it'll say no plan available in your state or open enrollment period passed. Convenience For All in the Office
What do you like best? I like that it is accessible to all the employees in the office. There was a great amount of support in setting up the account. What do you dislike? Want to like it but not at it's full potential yet
What do you like best? I like the hiring process it has made it really easy and centralized for us to hire our staff, store there information, organize there data and contain everything. It's made things easier and faster in terms of on-boarding, and referencing. What do you dislike?
