What do you like best? The time off requests in Zenefits are easy to use and easy manage. Switched over from a competitor, very happy with the switch. What do you dislike? So far I have no come across any major red flags. Recommendations to others considering the product Use if you need to account for floating holidays! What do you like best? Zenefits is a great web-based software that gives you all the tools you need to have an HR without having to have one, if that makes sense. What do you dislike? All-in-one

What do you like best? Zenefits makes our on-boarding process so easy for us and our new employees. Everything is in one place, and easy to use. It is nice to have the support they provide as well. We just went through open enrollment, and it was so easy to pick our new plan and get everyone signed up who was interested. What do you dislike? Zenefits : Giving Me Time Back in My Day

What do you like best? My favorite part about Zenefits is how it simplifies my onboarding process by keeping everything online. What do you dislike? I'm sad that Zenefits is no longer functioning as a health insurance broker. The fact that we will have two different systems to use for this going forward is concerning, and I'm worried things will get messed up or lost in communication during my open enrollment and general new hire enrollments in insurance. Has a nice UI and does a good job explaining complex benefit policies, occasionally buggy

What do you like best? Like I said I think the site is well designed, it's easy to check on your various statuses, and it explain the various care plans and benefits well What do you dislike? Zenefits is great for managing HR and payroll for small businesses.

What do you like best? I like the ease of use and ability to add custom email documents. What do you dislike? I'm not sure about the ala carte aspect. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? HR and onboarding.

Zenefits - buggy and not recommended

What do you like best? The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. Menus make sense, color scheme is pleasant, and it's not hard to find what you're looking for. What do you dislike? Multiple times, Zenefits failed to either remove payroll deductions or add them in a timely manner. Clearly there errors in the programming that caused changes to not go through. What do you like best? Morgan was the most KNOWLEDGEABLE and BEST support specialist that I have worked with while trying to set up my COBRA/individual health insurance. Morgan was able to research and answer every question I had and went out of her way to make sure my COBRA insurance would be available if needed. What do you like best? It's an easy and convenient way for all employees to keep track of everything from their benefits to complete employee list and rankings What do you dislike?
