What do you like best? The customer service team has been awesome. It was good, now great, soon to be better!
What do you like best? Payroll processing, Built in performance management, company directory, great and easy to access customer service. I love having our benefits integrated and having a one stop shop essentially for all aspects of HR. I love that they are constantly growing and rolling out new updates that have both functionality and compliance in mind. Zenefits has major benefits!
What do you like best? Zenefits has streamlined our on boarding process and has really enhanced our overall employee experience. What do you dislike? Zenefits does not integrate with our payroll as fully as promised. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Open enrollment, employee portal and on boarding!

Simple and user friendly
What do you like best? Zenefits has a very user friendly interface that simplifies the experience for the associates and for record keepers. AWESOME HR platform!
What do you like best? I like that it's one stop for all HR needs that includes on boarding, benefits, reports, record keeping and much, much more. What do you dislike? Employee onboarding so much easier!
What do you like best? We used to have USB drives with PDF's on them...now we email an offer letter and the prospective employee does the rest...it's wonderful! What do you dislike? I have no complaints at all...even when there are issues the support team at Zenefits is very responsive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A solid employee onboarding, benefits, and payroll.

Simply worth it for benefits!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I've been using Zenefits to gain entry to my own benefits info as well as time-off requests. Their UI is the best and unlike anything else I've seen. With it being streamlined, enrollment is a cinch and implementation of changes are up-to-the-minute. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I've been hearing a lot from my accounting department of Zenefits being difficult to deal with Paychex. Rest assured, it has no ...
