Great platform for small, scaling organizations

What do you like best? Great platform to centralize all HR processes including benefits management and hiring. What do you dislike? Some features don't work like access by various levels - they are aware and working on it! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to scale while streamlining our operations.

Zenefits - easy to use

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to use and navigable. The old software I used (Oracle, was very slow and had to go through a bunch of tabs before you got where you wanted to be. What do you dislike? It can be confusing how it resets when you request time off. I thought I had accidentally requested vacation one time when I did in fact select sick time. Great for on-boarding!

What do you like best? The ease of on-boarding documentation and sign up for benefits. We love the email reminders and notifications we receive prompting us to complete on-boarding and benefits tasks. Also have had great success with health benefits new enrollment and assistance with selecting new plans/providers. What do you dislike? There are limitations with integration. We are currently working to extract data surrounding PTO stats for a dashboard and it has not been seamless. ...

A convenient one to have in the office.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how this platform cab make data accessble to all office employees. When it came to account set-up, the support was nothing short of amazing. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I wish there was any way to skip the general support line for whatever issues I'm dealing with. It'd be a treat to simply connect to direct contact for any issues --- similar to that during set-up. Easy and user friendly

What do you like best? Easy to clock in and out of. Monitor time schedules. What do you dislike? Taking pictures prior to clocking in and out... it's just ackward What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have not run into any problems recently

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really like the design of the UI. The data base of protocols and the ability to reduce follow up with HR, and we can easily manage our own benefits. It has great features and even reminders and prompts for renewals and administrator tasks. Also, I like the PTO plug in. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? Zenefits is always hard at work improving its interface that makes it a significant system of choice for self-serve benefits software. What do you dislike? I wish there is a point of contact for a company administrator who can answer questions and provide a historical relationship between the company and Zenefits if the company encounters challenges in having an administrator for a long term. Gusto can sync with Zenefits.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This platform has way more value compared to the traditonal mom-and-pop method in seeking benefits. API syncing with Gusto is a big leap. With employees including or dropping dependents, you're no longer taking the tedious task of making manual calculations on change deduction and inputting payroll changes. What do you like best? I like that Zenefits is really simple and intuitive to use and combines different HR needs into one platform. What do you dislike? There actually isn't anything I particularly dislike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Zenefits to make it easy to request time off, and we've used it in the past as a resource for our health insurance plans.

What do you like best? Zenefits is one stop for all of your HR needs. It is easy to use for admins as well as staff. Customer service is impeccable. I have never been let down by this company when I need to get in touch with them. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike with Zenefits. Once you get everything entered in; the software takes over.
