Great Service-Comprehensive
What do you like best? I like how I can now call someone, and people seem to care that I get help. While I've had issues in the past, I've never had a rude Zenefits support person. What do you dislike? That it doesn't integrate into our 401k. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integrations and ease of hiring

What do you like best? I love how easy the Zenefits system is to learn. I have been with the company a month and have learned how to use the system already. What do you dislike? The reports could be more customizable and easy to make your own. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love how simple it is to help employees with customer service questions. It's very easy for them to navigate the system on their own.

Streamlines HR with a few hiccups along the way
What do you like best? I love that all of our HR 'stuff' can be collected in one place. Less paperwork means less headaches for everyone. The interface is very user friendly, and I love the 'time off' management tool. What do you dislike? We've had some problems with the software not automating region specific HR compliance like its supposed to do. My Experience with Zenefits
What do you like best? Zenefits is a very cost efficient brokerage of benefits and HRIS system with some great tools, such as US employee onboarding and benefits enrollment, cobra administration, and commuter benefit offerings. It’s great to have a benefits broker that comes along with an HRIS system. What do you dislike? Love Zenefits
What do you like best? Helps me as an Admin that wears many hats in a small and quickly growing company! What do you like best? -Cost -Online Onboarding -Employees can control their payment accounts, exemptions online. Easy to learn
What do you like best? My favorite part is the document repository for all of the onboarding materials. Being able to run a report to see who has signed off on the document is a huge time-saver. What do you dislike? The reporting function is rudimentary. The lack of filters before you run a report means you have to filter and sort an already-run Excel spreadsheet, which can sometimes lead to errors. What do you like best? All HR functions are integrated related to an employee are integrated into one easy to use interface. What do you dislike? The reporting capabilities are limited. Not many options to create custom or ad hoc reports. Pre-determined reports are OK - but could be more in depth. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll, employee information, PTO/Vacation requests.
