Simple and Easy to use

What do you like best? Smooth experience, it's so much easier than managing it manually. Support team at benefits are a great help when needed. Zenefit's real strengths are on boarding, off boarding, health benefit enrollment and COBRA management. They get better and better with features they continue to add, i.e. FSA, Commuter Benefits, PTO, Reporting etc have been added and is seamless these days. What do you dislike? Zenefits Is Clunky

What do you like best? I enjoy that it helps me get paid from a certain company. That's about it. What do you dislike? When I was living abroad, Zenefits wouldn't allow me to put in an address that wasn't in the U.S. I had to use a family address after troubleshooting for a long time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payment, that's all. I get paid via Zenefits.

Great HR solution

What do you like best? I like the ability to add functionality simply by adding apps to our account. What do you dislike? Some of the training videos are too basic and long winded. Great platform that it constantly improving.

What do you like best? The platform is easy to use for employees and admin alike. It simplifies annoying HR tasks leaving time for other matters. What do you dislike? Good HR platform for small businesses

What do you like best? Free Lite HR platform. Aims to be a one stop shop for all HR needs and provides palatable solutions for all services. What do you dislike? Slightly more expensive then Gusto who is slowly moving into Zenefits space while Zenefits is moving into their space. What business problems are you solving with the product? Great and getting better

What do you like best? I like the fact that Zenefits is always improving. I was with them when they were a free platform and now that they are paid. I am waiting for full scheduling functionality before I move on to transferring all of my human resources programs. What do you dislike? I think that their systems can be visually more appealing.
