So Easy

What do you like best? It takes a lot of the legwork out of HR tasks!! What do you dislike? I wish we could have a virtual administrator so I could get out of it completely What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of documents, onboarding, benefits, etc.

Horrible product that just doesn’t work

What do you like best? Their logo looks nice and their name is catchy. Great branding firm! What do you dislike? PTO accrual was wrong and took their engineeers over 6 months to fix. I could have tracked this myself in excel easier. The whole design is clumsy and difficult to navigate. They need some real product managers What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The system is easy to navigate with simple apps. You don't have to use multiple drop downs to get to the data you're looking for like other HRIS options out there. What do you like best? We love using Zenefits because it helps us to maintain our digital status. We pride ourselves on being a digital company. What do you like best? It is a super easy to use tool for all hiring and firing needs. Not only did I pick it up in less than a day - the support staff they have goes above and beyond to help! What do you dislike? I've noticed sometimes it will populate an employee twice when I'm trying to onboard but that's a simple fix on my end. Very good HRIS system, and getting better everyday!

What do you like best? Zenefits is a great resource for both admins and employees. As an admin I love that I have all of an employee's information in one place; on-boarding docs, PTO, anniversaries, etc. For employees, they have tons of information at their fingertips; staff contact info, benefits, PTO and more!
