What do you like best? Zenefit offers a myriad of tools and aid to assist with day to day HR needs. What do you dislike? Because it prides itself on ease of use for employees it can come off as a bit too simple for employees expecting more. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our onboarding needs and our talent management process. With the given templates the performance appraisal process has gotten significantly easier.

Super easy in every way

What do you like best? You can do everything on it. I've used it at two different jobs now who have used it for: on-boarding, performance reviews, requesting time off, tax info, pay stubs, health insurance etc. It truly does it all in terms of HR. Great, easy payroll solution

What do you like best? Ease of setting up payroll for employees. What do you dislike? You can't automate pay runs! I have to approve each and every one. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're using fully managed payroll, which is a fantastic time sver.

Rough start, worth it

What do you like best? Ease of use- I work for a construction company, and our employees are not necessarily "computer savvy", so there were some concerns about introducing a system with an employee self-serve component, however it is so user friendly that no one has had any issues to date, not with onboarding, uploading, or the system in and of itself. Does The Job, with Minor Headache

What do you like best? It's been great having all of our employees and incoming hires in one place, along with all of their documents. As a rapidly growing and developing business, we need to keep all of our documents online. Zenefits lets us keep all employees' documents and onboarding materials in one easy-to-find place.
