FSA and Customer service is a nightmare

Customer support is nonexistent (I'll be surprised if this review is even viewed). The Flexible Spending account requires a massive amount of paperwork, uploading receipts that are randomly rejected. Claims are not processed on time and queries not answered. I am about to lose $200 of unprocessed claims.

Great Start... Not so Great Finish

What do you like best? Zenefits was an amazing platform when we first rolled out. It was so easy to use and took our on boarding to the next level and really provided a fantastic platform to begin to manage the HR needs of our growing organization. What do you dislike? Absolutely love Zenefits

What do you like best? Let me count the ways: 1. Payroll is easy 2. Generating Plan Summaries = easy 3. Hiring an HR Consultant = easy and cheap 4. Onboarding is EASY 5. Support is very responsive 6. Basically good but have had a few problems

What do you like best? It's pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. You can get reports for anything. What do you dislike? Have had a couple of technical issues, and website directions can be misleading or just too vague for people unfamiliar with the system or with running payroll. I'm with a tiny nonprofit organization, and was hired as sort of the part-time "all in one" admin person, with payroll being one of the responsibilities. I have no prior experience with payroll. ...

Super easy to use with great quality service

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use and how they are very good at communicating with users about what is going on, and when money is sent/received. What do you dislike? They could expand their support team and availability of information to answer questions. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was an independent contractor receiving bi-weekly payments from a company that used Zenefits.

Zenefits is the way to go

What do you like best? Simple to use. I use it mostly for requesting time off, seeing how much PTO I have available, and seeing what holidays we have off. I use the iOS app mostly. What do you dislike? There isn't anything about the app that I don't like. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A simple way for employees to request time off and simple for admins to approve time off.

New to Zenefits

What do you like best? The on-boarding process is so easy and a time saver! I also like the apps that it integrates with! What do you dislike? We had to handle all of the implementation. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This has already saved so much time and we are just getting our feet wet with it!

Nice HR/People Admin tool

What do you like best? This tool allows for various uses for small to mid-sized companies. Overall, I have mostly been a user of the system with a touch of interaction with manager and back-end functions. We're currently using the system to track our hourly employees, administer benefits, and keep track of employee information. Great HR software

What do you like best? One stop shopping for all of the HR processes. From onboarding to payroll, performance management through termination. It provides one place to efficiently organize/manage and securely document/store everything along the way. Employees have 24/7 access to their pay stubs and PTO requests What do you dislike? What do you like best? Their customer service is quick and easily accessible. The chat feature is really efficient, especially when I need an answer right away with backup info. What do you dislike?
