What do you like best? We have been with Zenefits for a 1 year now, and I love how much using there system has streamlined processing payroll and benefits admin. The app is amazing and so easy to use. We have a company size of about 55-60 employees and 90% of them are now using the app or website to do things they used to have to come see me and file paperwork. What do you like best? One stop shopping for all of the HR processes. From onboarding to payroll, health benefits, PTO, performance management through termination. What do you like best? It is a super easy to use tool for all hiring and firing needs. Not only did I pick it up in less than a day - the support staff they have goes above and beyond to help! What do you dislike? I've noticed sometimes it will populate an employee twice when I'm trying to onboard but that's a simple fix on my end. High tech platform

ZERO customer service. Can't handle simple questions. Costs you more than it's worth.

What do you like best? the idea is there, unfortunately the entire service from setup to scale falls short. What do you dislike? Customer service follow up is non existent and a deal breaker. The app completely falls short in self serve and they make it extremely hard to get support. Taking a candidate from sourcing them to on-boarding them is fully automated through Greenhouse which is a major time savings.
