Starting Up Strong But Lacking Some Critical Features
What do you like best? I like the interface. It's very user friendly and uncluttered which makes it more inviting to use. What do you dislike? There are issues in terms of privacy for trans and non-binary staff who use the software because of the information that is available to HR through the system. Zenefits has major benefits!
What do you like best? Zenefits has streamlined our on boarding process and has really enhanced our overall employee experience. What do you dislike? Zenefits does not integrate with our payroll as fully as promised. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Open enrollment, employee portal and on boarding!

Best human resource software for growing companies.
What do you like best? This system allows our employee onboarding process to be completely automated and electronic. It is very easy to use and has streamlined our hiring process. It's easy to use for both employees and administrators. What do you dislike? Perfect to use in a small business.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Zenefits does an incredible job connecting two essential HR features for small businesses: basic paperwork and benefits. Aside from making administration a lot easier, the info offered is done in a nice format. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The most obvious advantage of Zenefits is its user-friendly interface. Because of it, I can maximize its functions even though I have no previous understanding of the app. It even allows me to remain productive despite not being online all the time. Does everything I need it to!
What do you like best? Smooth and seamless from a user standpoint. I am able to view all relevant information and toggle it as needed. It follows through on all offerings that I have access to. What do you dislike? Sometimes it runs slow, and since it's not an HTML/CSS page I can't click on links to open them in new tabs, it can only open links in the same frame/page. Zenefits HR Platform
What do you like best? I like Zenefits hiring and time & attendance features the most. What do you dislike? I'm kinda' lost with payroll tax on Zenefits as I spend so much time to sort out with payroll tax. I just hope Zenefits will handle payroll tax from A to Z for us. I got 1 incident about the tax rate change for TX Unemployment, but I didn't know that I need to go in update. Zenefits = No Paperwork
What do you like best? Zenefits has reduced our paper trail by almost 100%! It allows us to complete payroll seamlessly and takes all the hassle out of new hire paperwork! What do you dislike? There is a lack of communication from the Zenefits team. We did not receive a lot of guidance when onboarding Zenefits What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No paper trail! Payroll is easy! Quick new hire paperwork!
