Great one-stop shop for employee needs but has some limitations

What do you like best? How everything is one place (payroll, pay stubs, time off, tax info, etc.) What do you dislike? The time off interface can be a bit clunky with how it categorizes things. Pay stubs are not as easy to read/well laid out as the ones we had with ADP. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Self service for employees

What do you like best? Zenefits is easy for the employee to use, especially on the computer. What do you dislike? App is difficult to enter hours into. Online, it is very easy but the mobile app uses a different entry method that is confusing to get the hours into. Easy for Employees and Admins, Short Learning Curve!

What do you like best? Zenefits is the most intuitive HRIS I have ever used. Especially for employees, the learning curve for understanding the system is very short. Employees are able to use this all-in-one solution when they are hired for their offer letter, onboarding, and benefits enrollment, which gives them a great introduction to the system and welcomes them in an organized manner. What do you like best? I like the ability to view hiring documents at any time. It is also nice to have the number of hours I've worked laid out. Also, the ability to view the Payroll schedule comes in handy when considering days off and overtime. What do you dislike? Clocking in takes forever. What do you like best? There are multiple options for tracking time. Can be used as an app on phone or tablet to manually input time or clock in and out. When you request vacation or sick time it tells you how much you will have accrued at the start of your requested dates. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Zenefits allows us to track employee time cards and information. What do you dislike? Zenefits is down quite a lot and this causes us to manually track some information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zenefits app and website spend a lot of time down compared to most other services, but the benefits are there as far as usefulness and ease of use.
