What do you like best? I like that I can customize what I need in Zenefits, making it applicable to my specific business practices. What do you dislike? Great HR portal

What do you like best? The fact that they are trying to improve their product by allowing their clients, who are using the system so often, to give suggestions for improvement. The system is pretty good. What do you dislike? The lack of flexibility in some of their features and reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zenefits makes my job easier

What do you like best? Zenefits houses all our core HR functions in one place - from payroll, to onboarding, to PTO, to benefits. We're a small team but we've still got to manage as many processes as a big organization. Customer Support is fantastic. Zenefits has been by my side for a few months now and they've always been very helpful in regards to Payroll and HR issues. Bless Ryan's heart for saving me hassle twice today.

What do you like best? I love how easy to learn and use Zenefits is! It's very easy to navigate from the home page. The business intelligence is one the of the easy reporting tools I have ever seen with an HRIS. Usually it's integrate and training is needed to learn how to pull reports, but Zenefits' reporting tool is a step-by-step process with no training needed! Good HR tool for small companies

What do you like best? company directory and the ability to create custom reports What do you dislike? It's easy to get lost in the website and not find what you're looking for What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were able to track headcount and look up salary/bonus figures for budgeting purposes.

The Bad outweighs the Good

What do you like best? Onboarding and sales experience was fantastic. When calling for support, they are friendly and as helpful as they can be. Integration between Time & Attendance and payroll works great. Processing Federal taxes works great. What do you dislike? The reporting system requires you to download a report without previewing. Solution for small to mid-sized companies

What do you like best? We use Zenefits for basic HR administration like on-boarding and updating their details. It has saved us a lot of time by eliminating lots of paperwork.
