Zenefits has really changed the way HR is done for our school. We are able to handle a professional level of HR services with very limited time on a day-to-day basis. Incredibly happy customer!

What do you like best? Zenefits is intuitive and very easy to use, both on the admin side and for our employees. We have been able to utilize their platform for 100% of our HR functions including payroll and have scaled from less than 10 employees to now over 40 and growing. What do you dislike? Onboarding for Dummies

The platform itself is extremely user-friendly. There are templates preloaded for different employee types so you have a really great starting point for onboarding new staff. The org chart helps simplify staffing and is a great resource for not only new hires, but existing staff as well. When onboarding a new hire, it takes care of all the necessary forms, background checks and alerts you when an employee has passed each step. Fun and Interactive software

What do you like best? Ease of use, and they do our taxes' mumbo jumbos! What do you dislike? No downsides, except they probably could reduce the steps required to complete payperiod's payroll after approving Time & Attendance What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The best part of zenefits is having everything in one place! I can see an overview of my benefits, balances I have, and submit claims for benefits. Worst software company I have ever dealt with

What do you like best? They have yet to show me why I subscribed to there service What do you dislike? Initial company set-up-We have 14 employees, it took 2 1/2 months to get us set up Software-We just stated our 7th month of service and our accounts have been accidentally erased for a 3rd time. What do you like best? It's intuitive and easy to use. The interface is pleasant. What do you dislike? I dislike that the web experience encourages you to download the app for more functionality but seemingly there isn't any additional functionality available What problems are you solving with the product?
