Zenefits for the Win
We switched over to Zenefits in early 2019 after using another HRIS and Payroll platform for a few years. To say that this was a huge leap for us is an understatement- Zenefits has helped us streamline all our processes from on-boarding to benefits, to PTO etc. Previously we were spending so much time trying to pay everyone on time and calculating everything- our employees weren't able to accrue PTO as well as request time-off with our old system so again, this is a huge upgrade. Zen in Zenefits
What do you like best? I love how user-friendly Zenefits is. I can find everything I want and need with one simple click. I do not have to "search" for what I need. Easy and affordable
What do you like best? The program works great with all aspects of HR. Payroll, benefits and 401k. Fantastic platform for new and seasoned users
Have been using Zenefits for over 3 years now. Started with them when they were new to our market. Software has continued to grow and innovate. I like the time and attendance integration. All my employees have absolutely no issues when using their mobile apps.

Zenefits is Easy Peasy
What do you like best? I really like the ease of use...hiring, onboarding, benefits management, pto, payroll...even terminations. Great for a distributed workforce. Mobile app is killer. What do you dislike? Would be great to have more integration for international employees and contractors. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are in 20 states and 40 locations and it is challenging to onboard and manage them.

Finally a software that is easy to use
What do you like best? Zenefits provides a great new employee onboarding experience, a beautiful user interface, and easy to use payroll. We have added additional services over time (benefits administration) and that process is fairly easy. The cost is in line with other providers who offer inferior products. The reporting features are comprehensive and allow you to gather great insight into your company. Zenefits also takes care of tax filing which is a huge burden off our shoulders. ...
