This product is awesome in every way. They have everything you could think of under the sun as a module you can add a la carte. It's very cost effective. Support is great. Love everything about it!

Zenefits is definitely well-suited for…
Zenefits is definitely well-suited for small companies, probably because smaller companies are easier to manage. I've read that there are some complications if doing multiple locations under one company but I'm not there yet. We plan to set up another location, hopefully in the year 2021, and we'll continue with Zenefits anyway due to its ease of use.

Zenefits is a great platform for HR and employee management. We find it's easy to use, not only for us as an employer, but for our employees. I like the customization and productivity, as well as the value added services.

Zenefits is fantastic HR software
Zenefits is fantastic HR and benefits software. Has helped us scale onboarding new employees very easily and helped us automate timesheet corrections and payroll.

Zenefits is very zeneficial for our team.
Zenefits gets all the guesswork out of my burden. Employees can easily update their personal info, provide required documents (for payroll) and keep track of their timesheets. Zenefits also does our quarterly taxes which I dread doing myself.

What do you like best? Simple and even cheap program to use. Serves small structures well without raising business costs with an important benefit for employees. zenefits is also customizable and makes computers lighter with its lean proposal What do you dislike? although it is even cheap and usual for small structures, it faced problems in some states of the USA and this creates insecurity in the acquisition of licenses. but in general I classify zenefits as more positive than ...

We have used Zenefits for a few years…
We have used Zenefits for a few years now. We switched from ADP, and we love it. The interface is super user friendly, dashboard gives you a good idea on where you are standing with your payroll, and even phone app is very simple to use. Every time when I reach out to customer service, the staff are very well trained and knowledgeable. Additionally, the fact that Zenefits take care of submitting withholding taxes is just perfect. Once less thing to worry about.

What do you like best? The level of integration and ease of use on the user end makes this a great solution for any employee. Our employees given a stress-free experience starting from day one, with an intuitive onboarding process, and an easy to manage portal for their day-to-day HR needs.
