Great for small businesses!
Zenefits is a great company that is useful for any business, whether you are small or large, and it scales to grow with you. Easy to use, easy to implement, and having everything on an app is great.

I love to give credit where credit is due. I have suggested to my HR peers the ease of using Zenefits several times. Our company chose Zenefits to be the HR/Payroll/Benefits management system for our fast growing company because we needed to automate and help employees self administer routine HR related tasks and help us manage this without having to add new FTEs to our HR dept functions. Go with Zenefits, you won't regret it.
Zenefits was implemented at my mid-size company 4 years ago. Since then, we've experienced rapid growth, and Zenefits has been able to accommodate all our needs. Long time customer of Zenefits
We have been with Zenefits for several years now and have watched them transform from a Benefits company providing HR functions to a Payroll company with Benefits and HR functions. The journey has not always been easy, but I have to say they have always innovated and tried to make things work. I rarely rave about products but Zenefits is one to rave about.

Consolidate your platforms!
Consolidating our HR + Payroll onto Zenefits has been an enormous timesaver. Anyone not using an integrated platform for onboarding, HR, payroll and insurance should seriously consider switching.
