Customer Service? [Crickets]
I was very happy with Zenefits... until I needed something. If you're a small company looking to implement your new HR system, and your budget is tight so you can't afford a larger platform, Zenefits is NOT FOR YOU, I suggest you wait until you can pay for a more reliable partner.Everything will be fine until inevitably, an issue arises and you need customer support. Closed my account months ago - Still asking for bank details
Closed my account months ago, still getting emails every day asking for bank details. Tried contacting company and receive generic replies to use their support system. The customer support seems to be awful.

Zenefits rocks
We have used Zenefits for a few years now. We switched from ADP, and we love it. The interface is super user friendly, dashboard gives you a good idea on where you are standing with your payroll, and even phone app is very simple to use. Every time when I reach out to customer service, the staff are very well trained and knowledgeable. Additionally, the fact that Zenefits take care of submitting withholding taxes is just perfect. Once less thing to worry about.

I use Zenefits for our internal team…
I use Zenefits for our internal team management and onboarding. It is beyond easy to learn and use and they have amazing templates for offer letters and other HR related forms. For a start up with limited HR help it's been a life saver. I would highly recommend Zenefits for any scrappy start up out there.

I have recommended and continue to recommend ZENEFITS for all businesses. The software easily streamlines any hiring process, benefits administration, and offers quick payroll solutions. The program is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The communication or help desk is always quickly and readily available. I fully highly recommend it!

Zenefits has been a game changer for our HR and Insurnce

Zenefits is the hands down the best HR and benefits software I have used. Our team just crossed 200, and it has scaled amazing with us!
