"Good Service"
What do you like best about Zenefits? Helps automate HR and payroll functions, easy to use interface, competitive pricing. What do you dislike about Zenefits? They can sometimes have a wait for answers from customer service. What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? Reduce internal work for payroll and HR functions. It has saved us time internally.

Plug n Play, HR Made Easy!
Before Zenefits, I had no idea that HR management could be handled through a 3rd party company, much less over the internet. I was skeptical about that whole thing, but after working with them, I found that it's not only easy, but they are taking care of scenarios I hadn't really given any thought to. A good example of this is the employee handbook. They made that extremely easy because they ask basic questions and then automate the creation of the handbook based on your answers. I was ...

Zenefits is a great platform for all…
Zenefits is a great platform for all HRIS needs. I love how customizable it is and how when you sign up for other platforms that partner with them its so eazy and connects so well. The one thing I wish they had was an internal ATS system. If they had an ATS, it would be perfect!

For the most part I really like working…
For the most part I really like working in Zenefits. It's intuitive, mostly, and definitely a time saver for our company. The only issue I really have is with the time-keeper app. It's glitchy and updating hours for employees is time consuming and cumbersome. That said it's a huge step up from paper time cards that need to be manually entered. Payroll is a cinch for the most part and the fact that off cycle payrolls are at no extra charge is a huge plus.

I love not worrying about doing payroll…
I love not worrying about doing payroll and managing employee time off or filing payroll taxes. Thanks Zenefits for doing all of that for me.
