One Stop Solution

We looked at several options to handle our company's payroll and employee recordkeeping and after much research decided to go with Zenefits. We have been using Zenefits for more than 2 years and couldn't be happier.

Excellent HR Platform for Small to Medium Sized Companies

When we were considering HR software back in 2015, we set up demos and reviewed many different options, but based upon the needs of our company Zenefits was the best choice. Highly intuitive one-stop HRIS

We have been using Zenefits for a few years now for all of our payroll, benefit and PTO tracking needs. It has been a great tool and place to keep all employee history, documents and information stored. We are a fully remote company and have employees in 30+ states, and the ability to have Zenefits take care of all of the tax filings for all of the many accounts we have makes our lives so much easier. Everything is templated so that our hiring and onboarding is streamlined.

A must have for our company

I confess to not having used any other HR/payroll software before. With that said, having a trusted company handle payroll and organize all of my HR information is incredibly helpful. We are a distributed, fully remote company. Zenefits guides us through the registration process for each state, which would be a nightmare to figure out on my own each time we hire someone in a new state. The apps (both phone and for Mac) are intuitive and easy to use.

It is also very budget-friendly. What do you dislike about Zenefits? I think that Zenefits continues to improve and add more modules. I can't wait to see what else they add. "I love not worrying about doing payroll"

What do you like best about Zenefits? payroll runs are easy and taxes are processed and submitted for me. What do you dislike about Zenefits? 5 user minimum for payroll, which is not ideal for small startups. What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? Running payroll. I haven't had to worry about taxes.
