One Stop Solution
We looked at several options to handle our company's payroll and employee recordkeeping and after much research decided to go with Zenefits. We have been using Zenefits for more than 2 years and couldn't be happier.

"I love not worrying about doing payroll"
What do you like best about Zenefits? payroll runs are easy and taxes are processed and submitted for me. What do you dislike about Zenefits? 5 user minimum for payroll, which is not ideal for small startups. What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? Running payroll. I haven't had to worry about taxes.

Highly intuitive one-stop HRIS
We have been using Zenefits for a few years now for all of our payroll, benefit and PTO tracking needs. It has been a great tool and place to keep all employee history, documents and information stored. We are a fully remote company and have employees in 30+ states, and the ability to have Zenefits take care of all of the tax filings for all of the many accounts we have makes our lives so much easier. Everything is templated so that our hiring and onboarding is streamlined.

A must have for our company
I confess to not having used any other HR/payroll software before. With that said, having a trusted company handle payroll and organize all of my HR information is incredibly helpful. We are a distributed, fully remote company. Zenefits guides us through the registration process for each state, which would be a nightmare to figure out on my own each time we hire someone in a new state. The apps (both phone and for Mac) are intuitive and easy to use.

What do you like best about Zenefits? It is user friendly. It allows us to manage all staff with ease. What do you dislike about Zenefits? Support hold times can exceed 25 minutes, but they are always helpful and friendly once reached! This is a simple user friendly HRIS for small companies. We use this for typically HR onboarding and benefits enrollment. Although it does have multiple apps for HR usage. We are a small company with less than 100 and more than 50 employees and it works well so far. The system and does require human review just like any other system, regular update and is good and beneficial as the user makes it. We have used this since 2016. Overall I give it a 5 star.

What do you like best about Zenefits? Zenefits has been an easy, user-friendly platform to use! We have a small business, and it has all that we need for an HR Platform. It is also very budget-friendly. What do you dislike about Zenefits? I think that Zenefits continues to improve and add more modules. I can't wait to see what else they add. What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been using Zenefits for onboarding/cobra/benefits administration.
