Zenefits is great for small businesses
Zenefits is great for small businesses. (I can't speak for larger businesses as we are a small non-profit theatre company). Zenefit's website is very cleanly and clearly laid out. The platform is user friendly. Onboarding employees is super easy. Their customer service is great. They always get back to me within one business day, if not quicker. "Good use of limited resources!"
What do you like best about Zenefits? We're a small office and have limited resources/expertise on HR/payroll/benefits administration and Zenefits, but Zenefits makes it easy to do all of those things! What do you dislike about Zenefits? Sometimes I wish their customers response time was a little quicker What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? Personnel management and payroll - it's makes it easy, and we're spending less time worrying about the nitty gritty

What do you like best about Zenefits? I like the ability the ease of the onboarding process. "One Stop HR Solution"
What do you like best about Zenefits? Zenefits is the one stop HR solution online platform that we selected over Gusto, ADP, and Paychex. Have enjoyed using Zenefits platform…
Have enjoyed using Zenefits platform for the past 4 years. It makes it easy to onboard, run payroll, time and attendance and generate reports. I've used Paychex and ADP in the past and this is far easier. Had great response from the customer service team as well. Highly recommend!

Great single solution for smaller companies
Zenefits is great platform for smaller, newer companies that want a single solution for basic HR functions as well as Payroll. The system is easy to learn and use and they have a good resources available to assist employers.

We've been using Zenefits for 3+ years…
We've been using Zenefits for 3+ years now and we've been happy how things work for our small office. We don't have an HR specialist, but their resources are pretty easy to find and use and everything else just feels intuitive.
