What do you like best about Zenefits? Zenefits is a good value. The upside is that it is easy to use What do you dislike about Zenefits? Support can be slow to respond to questions. Recommendations to others considering Zenefits: good value What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? payroll is not an issue anymore

The Zenefits platform has to be one of…
The Zenefits platform has to be one of the best software experiences for HR/Payroll that we've ever used. We've seen tours of new systems that just don't compare. Customer service can suck. It can be painfully slow to answer important tax questions, get answers to simple questions or even get onboarded.

"Highly intuitive one-stop HRIS"
What do you like best about Zenefits? We have been using Zenefits for a few years now for all of our payroll, benefit and PTO tracking needs. It has been a great tool and place to keep all employee history, documents and information stored. We are a fully remote company and have employees in 30+ states, and the ability to have Zenefits take care of all of the tax filings for all of the many accounts we have makes our lives so much easier. Zenefits is by far the best value for small organizations. It is easy to use and takes the stress out of managing payroll, benefit enrollments, and onboarding new employees.

Excellent System for Payroll, Benefits, and Time Tracking!
The system is easy to use and offers an app for your phone. My employees are able to track their time correctly, do their time off, and see paycheck and benefits information directly on their phone. The application is great for onboarding and is user friendly so my employees have no problem updating their tax, address, and other vital information! I highly recommend Zenefits!

Payroll system
Zenefits is the easiest payroll system that I have used so far. I like that everything is in one system and customer service is helpful when I need it.
