Zendesk - Transparency and the
Zendesk allows you to receive transparency of the topics of all agents and will give you the empowerment of leveling their load. Time saving and automation are more a less another benefit using the support tool.

"Best customer support solution there is!"
What do you like best about Zendesk Support Suite? Zendesk is definitely the "heart" of our customer support department. We use it for email, phone and live chat support. I also love how easy it is to set up templates, automation and triggers to improve and help resolve tickets faster. Our company also uses their FAQ tool so we can provide users with the latest guides about our product. We've been using Zendesk for about 5 years now planning to keep doing so.

Best support tool ever!
I'm using Zendesk since 10y and the tool is perfect! Super complete in case of development, best tool of support/ticketing that I can recommend, but also super useful for other teams, it's a polyvalent tool.

"Great Tool for customer service"
What do you like best about Zendesk Support Suite? I love the use of macros for my team. We have typed up responses that we can use for our most frequent situations. My team can quickly select the macro and I know we are all on the same page for important information needing to be passed to the customer.
