"User Friendly"

Partnership & Transparency

Going through an RFP is never fun because in the end you will disappointing someone with your decision. In order to ensure you pick the right partner and tool there must be a high level of trust between the parties. Recently, we went through an RFP with Zendesk to continue our partnership and if not for the teamwork and transparency of Zendesk's Ashley H. and Ben J. the end result of a long term renewal may not have happened.

Useful For Combining Teams And Channels

Zendesk helped us organize all of our different conversations on email, phone calls and chat into one platform. We were able to consolidate operations across 6 global offices into one unified system, improving internal collaboration and client satisfaction.
