What do you like best about Zendesk Sunshine? This platform has enchanted me very much really helps me to have a better communication with my customers and users when they need it without really having any inconvenience and without having to pay a million dollars for a platform that offers me practically the same this platform has been great.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sunshine? It’s fast, powerful, and gives you the freedom to build any customer app or service, that's the best I can say about this software, although it can be a little bit tricky sometimes.

What do you like best? Built on AWS, Sunshine is a reliable and open platform allowing field customizations to integrate back to our database without much of a headache like other platforms used. Reporting is so critical to our business to ensure everything is working as expected so the fact that Sunshine keeps that machine well-oiled is a plus.

What do you like best? I like some of the functionality and how quickly you can jump in if you are familiar with similar platforms. Like every other software for this purpose it gets the job done. Which is important.
