What do you like best? This is the best software we have had for tracking, escalating, and triaging client messages. I really like the internal note function to communicate internally while also tracking client responses.

Smooch.io is a very easy to use and powerful communication automation tool, it has many CRM Integrations with Zendesk, Help Scout, Freshdesk and other CRMs as well as the Communication tools such as WhatsApp Business API (Sandbox Environment), WeChat, Telegram, Facebook Messenger.
