Simple for a non coder

What do you like best? They already have pre built API or "Zaps" as they call them. so you don't have to go through the extra steps of hiring a coder if you just need something simple. You pay per usage which is also nice. Plus they have many of the popular API's already built saving a lot of time in the process. What do you dislike? Wish I could edit some of the zaps in more details, you may be able to do that but since I am not a coder it will take me some time to figure it out, but ...

Shut off our zap without warning - data lost

What do you like best? Product seems to work great when it runs. For the most part, helpful and intuitive interface. What do you dislike? We signed up for a trial which has 'unlimited' tasks for 2 weeks. We 'ran out' of those 'unlimited' tasks in 4 days. We were already planning on upgrading to their infrastructure plan, and would have even been happy had they let us know 'hey, you're using more than we consider fair for our free trial' ... however, without warning, we just got an email ...

The service is great - Pricing, not so much

Looked through the pricing plans before signing up.Okay there was a plan involving for 20$/month with 20 different zaps or something.Fine it suited me.Got started on the 14 day free trial, and really felt, it was a great roduct, they were offering - and easy for a non-programmer as me.So I wanted to transfer to a paid plan, and that's the first time, that it's mentioned, there is a montly limit, on how many tasks, one can run.The limit is so low, that it is beyond believe, and would make it ...

Terrible customer support

I'm a paying customer and am trying to get an issue resolved and they simply ignore my support tickets.While the services they offer seem to be okay having terrible support is never acceptable. I would avoid these people at all costs

Zapier is one of the most important…

Zapier is one of the most important tools for my business. I combo my calendar with my social media. I use free version but it’s actually pretty enough for most people. And i think it is better than ifttt.

This is the worst company ever not only…

This is the worst company ever not only does their software not work you can not speak to a Live Person only email which sucks please do not use them Save your money !!!!! as you will never get it Back ......
