Zapier is just what we needed to make our software work smoothly

What do you like best? I like not having to copy information through spreadsheet exports or by inputting data by hand. The basic usage of Zapier is easy to set up quickly and isn't all that complicated to program for the needs of our software. It's actually amazing how many applications are compatible with Zapier. Support is near non-existent

Support is non-existent. I had found issues with Google Calendar integration > Salesforce > Teamwork Pm > between all. On the basic level, it sees the correct dates, shows them, and even with date format filters still, get the date 1 day previous. Emailed multiple times. Never got 1 response. Basically had to leave. Nothing was done. Even in my canceling service, they never contacted me even in regards to it.

An excellent tool for automation.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are so many apps to choose. If you have no idea what you need, you can create customized webhooks to integrate with your app. Reliability has been great with Zapier. Have your zap set up and you're done. If the zap fails to work for some reason, you'll receive an e-mail notification informing you what the issue is. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Integration with Shopify is rubbish

Zapier promises flawless integration with Shopify. This automation - however - is lousy and it is offered to clients completely untested.After having spent many hours trying to figure out a solution myself and thinking I did something wrong, the helpdesk admitted the integration was unfinished and untested, offering to put it on their wishlist without ETA.The helpdesk was very quick to respond, therefore a second star for response time.

We shaved off a significant amount of time linking and syncing data in between systems and letting us utilize in-class apps without sacrificing performance. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's able to bridge gaps between app integrations that may be present otherwise. We've used Zapier to in streamlining our processes before and will do so again sometime in the future. What aspects are problematic or could work better? At times, their latest product support lags (which is pain but understandable). It is great to make automatic interactions. I use a couple of apps connected to zapier. For example, if there is an sms on my other phone I can get it as a slack message which is cool. There are like tons of great interaction like these
