What do you like best? Customer service takes the time to think of the question and deep-dives into figuring out the problem, What do you dislike? Latest interface update is too extreme of a change for the benefit. We’ve had a ton of issues because of it. More reliable email parsing would be a lifesaver. What do you like best? It integrates with literally everything and makes productivity a breeze. No coding necessary and am still finding new ways to use it. What do you dislike? Saves me a ton of time and very reliable

What do you like best? It saves us a lot of time. It's very reliable for setting up integrations or trying new ideas without investing a lot in programming. What do you dislike? It can get a little pricy with the usage. I find the usage fees high compared to some other services like Integromat.
