Automation Made Easy
What do you like best? Zapier is very simple to use, and can automate almost any task for you with ease What do you dislike? I don't think there is anything I dislike about it - it works perfectly for the tasks I've automated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simplified processes and reduced the need for manual repetitive data entry.

Zapier saves massive time
What do you like best? Zapier has made a massive impact on our ability to scale processes with a small team. What do you dislike? No downsides to the product itself. It can be a bit confusing to manage all the tasks running, but that's self-imposed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zapier lets me run repeated data entry tasks automatically. It reduces typing errors and saves time.

Easy, but detailed automation for non-coders
What do you like best? I love being able to connect various APIs together. I work at a tech company, but the dev team is always busy with OUR product (which they should be).
