Setting up more complicated zaps can take quite a while, but allows for great customizability. Zapier became greedy

We have used Zapier for lots of different things. Unfortunately the more you use the more expensive per task cost becomes. Their plans are designed to screw their customers who rely more on Zapier. I've contacted support about this issue and didn't receive a single satisfactory answer. Also, Zapier has become a quite buggy platform with loads of glitches over the last year. Good tool, awful Customer support

What do you like best? They have Zaps for everything so it's a very helpful tool to have. Their UI is not very intuitive though. What do you dislike? Customer support- Customer service is simply awful. I have an issue with Zap, so I had to contact them for support. Despite their claim of a maximum wait time of 24 hours - I've never even received a response. I had to write to them again and guess what- no response! PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Building zaps is very simple. Basically I just followed the web page, then I could build the zap successfully without any coding background. What aspects are problematic or could work better? If you are using the free version, the zaps will take around 15 mins between trigger and action apps. Are you a current user of this product? Yes
