"Pretty nifty tool to convert files"
What do you like best about Zamzar? The platform makes it easy to convert files without any hassles. It's all drag-and-drop, and my job is done. I can convert MP4s to GIFs and PDFs to DOC using Zamzar. Being able to edit the GIF before finalizing is the best feature, IMO!

I recently had to reinstall Windows 10 and when I reinstalled my Office 2007, I was unable to read my Spreadsheet fishing logs going back 20 years. I searched to find a way to recoup them and found ZamZar. In literally less than 1/2 an hour I had converted all my spreadsheets that were unreadable to WHALLA, just like they used to be. A lifesaver for me
This is an excellent service. I use Audacity to edit audio, but Audacity can't work with voice memos from my I-phone. The files must be converted into an mp3 or wav first, and that's what Zamzar does. It is so fast, so easy, and so reliable. I have NEVER gotten a bad conversion. So, thank you, Zamzar.

Good service
I needed one document converted to PDF however it was too large for the free service that Zamzar provide, so I paid for a monthly subscription which was expensive for one document but I would use them again because the conversion was very good. Maybe they could offer a service for the one time user for a nominal price.
