They do the right thing
Doing the right thing My young son signed up for the service to do something with a video he was working on. We didn't realize that there would be a monthly fee. Turned out, we had been charged a monthly fee for 2 years, after just that one use. When I figured it out from my credit card statements, I asked Zamzar if they would return the money, which Beth, the the customer service rep, took care of no problem. Very thoughtful and top notch!
