Zamzar Hires Exceptional Customer Service Specialists
After finding Zamzar when looking for a large range of file conversion options for an urgent work matter, unfortuately due to user error it did not process. After spending time to make what i came for, spent lots of minutes waiting for upload convert and download, it only tells you after all this that you can use 10mb. FFS. Merry xmas.

Can't fault them
I used the Zamzar service as a one-off and forgot to cancel the subscription. When I saw on my credit card statement that the payment was pending, I hurriedly cancelled my account and contacted Zamzar asking if I was too late to stop the payment. They replied the same morning and sent me a refund.

Easiest conversion process ever!
I have created on-line jigsaw puzzles to post on the Jigidi site for several years, and I couldn't do it without Zamzar easily turning my powerpoints into jpegs. I have never had a problem with Zamzar converting my literally thousands of puzzles! I treasure them!
