The great - and DILIGENT - team at Zamzar

The great team at Zamzar diligently tried to help me convert a complex, illustrated children's book I'd created, from an antiquated format into a pdf -- it wasn't possible to make it happen, despite best efforts. They refunded my sign up fee as that was specifically why I'd come on board. Next time I have something that Zamzar can assist me with, I ABSOLUTELY will be back for their help. Great people!

We love this service! I teach high school journalism and it’s so much easier to convert files than it is to get the entire school community to stop capturing HEIC. 😉

First class service

Previous to subscribing top Zamar, we tried other free services, all of which were very unsatisfactory - the customer service was none existent. Then by chance we discovered this amazing team. Initially we tried to upload and transcribe the files via the Zamzar website but unfortunately, the audio level of our files was too low to be detected by the transcription software. A perfect product and wonderful service

I've used their services for years and because my use is 'necessary but infrequent', I've been benefitting from their generosity all these years! Never a paid account and yet I have been receiving this wonderful service year in and year out. Any combination of conversion I've tried has always worked perfectly and their help desk is stellar. An example of an amazing and ethical company.

Using Zamzar for a long time...

I have used Zamzar since 2009, mostly the free version. There were only a few options for converting files back then but they have continually built the system to make it what it is today, much more comprehensive. A couple of years I decided to pay (as I had lots to convert) giving me added benefit of uploading larger files, storage etc. I also felt I owed it to them :-) We are in the days of call centres where staff have a script they must follow without any consideration for customer. ...

Yikes...

Waited a long time for a large file to convert just for them to tell me I have to create an account and pay 18 dollars a month for something that is WIDELY free across the internet... yikes.

I was in a bit of a pickle having a very long Pages document that I needed to convert to Word. It was too long for the standard converter to deal with but the support staff were incredibly helpful in getting an old man's diary into Word. It wasn't an easy conversion but Zamzar went out of their way to achieve it. My faith in private enterprise is completely restored!
