YNAB has the best customer services EVER! Each and every question I've ever had has been addressed promptly, in the friendliest manner, and problems are always solved. It's the most personal, welcoming support team I've ever encountered. I was keeping track of my money all in my head ynab makes it so much easier and I can see what is available per envelope. Can't imagine not using this app now.

Great for online budget

YNAB is great for people who can do a budget on a computer. I used it for a couple years and was very happy with it EXCEPT i need paper and pencil in order to stick to a budget. If you do not need paper and a pencil then use YNAB because its amazing!
