Great review app that works well with Bigcommerce

What do you like best? I was looking for a review app that was easy to use and install, and worked with the Bigcommerce platform. Yotpo met all those needs. I have been using it at least a year, and get a good response to the email review requests it sent out. The only one we pay for

What do you like best? Very easy to use. Very good support. When they started out they didn't have a "light" plan, but after we (and probably several other people) suggested it, they started offering it. We are a small business, and this is basically the only module/add-on/service that we pay for. It is worth it. What do you dislike?
