Great system with 2 major flaws

What do you like best? Yotpo is the best system I have found for getting customers to leave reviews. The ability to review without ever leaving your email inbox is priceless. It has great social integrations and is a fantastic marketing tool. It is also really easy to integrate with wordpress. I think setup time was 2 minutes. What do you dislike? Great platform, but wished we can buy a la carte features

What do you like best? Easy to setup, easy to use and learn, and in-mail review feature has gotten us many more reviews than our previous site-driven review platform. Simply set when you want review emails to go out, and Yotpo will send them out and allow customers to leave reviews right from within their emails. What do you like best? We love the way Yotpo sends out emails to customers for reviews, offers coupon codes on our behalf, and automatically publishes our reviews to the website and social networks.
