Must have service for serious business

What do you like best? Their service is just awesome and advanced to collect review from the customer. What do you dislike? The coupon message cannot be redesign or edit. Recommendations to others considering the product: easy and hassle-free service to collect review from the customer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Account success managers and support from YotPo are top notch. We now currently own three account managers. All of them have been good to us so far. Widgets and integration capabilities are awesome. Everything from this software is fantastic!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Despite the absence of its styling, the front part of Yotpo still looks polished and professional. This is a good thing especially if one is too busy working on their image styling. It's very simple to divide the varying stores and our current staging environment with this. Hard to think of any drawbacks to YotPo

What do you like best? Yotpo's support and account success managers have been second-to-none. We've now had three account managers, but all of them have been great. (From my understanding, they have all moved up in the company.) What do you like best? After prospecting a handful of companies, YotPo had the best tech, sales calls, and least aggressive sales reps. What do you like best? Good functionalities. Good product except this is beyond any small companies' reach. Too expensive just to get customer reviews. What do you dislike? They don't reveal their pricing before giving a demo. Then hit you with a $8K upfront ask.
