What do you like best? Yotpo is a relatively straight forward and stripped down ratings and reviews platform for brand websites and social media. Organizational Customer Service Problems

We've had a flat out horrible experience with YotPo and their new acquire Swell. Our customer success manager is none of the sort... We were told that a 3-week delay in our project (that we were never alerted to) was due to redistributing resources from our account to another where they were needed more. The product is great but support is pants

The product is great, but the customer service for UK users is absolutely shocking. They give you a ticket number and no way to login and track the ticket progress. Come guys sort it out.

Became insanely expensive

What do you like best? Its easy to use and our customers are pretty good at leaving reviews. It also shows the star ratings pretty clearly. What do you dislike? Its insanely expensive. Customer Service Seems Nonexistent

Reached out to customer service with a question I could not find through their "Help" forums. I have been waiting a full week, and I still have not heard from customer service. I followed up multiple times and still nothing. I am using their free version, so I assume that's why they will not respond, but it does not make me want to upgrade to their paid services. With this lack of communication, I would be weary to pay for anything of their services.
