Great reviews software
What do you like best? Easy to use tool to collect reviews and customer feedback. What do you dislike? The platform has undergone several changes since we originally purchased so there is a learning curve sometimes to re-learn how to do things at times. Overall the changes have been good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer review collection and posting it on the website using the widget.

Manage comments and reply to feedback
What do you like best? Yotpo is a great tool that monitors our comments absolutely good and lets us know which of them can be included in our Facebook or website. Also, it offers some exceptional product isolation so that we don't cross paths. What do you dislike? Yotpo is an expensive software, but after we realized the effect on our organization, we had no problem investing on it. Outstanding Onboarding
What do you like best? Our onboarding process was very hands-on and ensured that we took full advantage of the tool from day one. What do you dislike? The ongoing management of our account is much less hands on than the onboarding. It would be great to have a QBR to make sure we're still on track, updated on the road map, etc. Recommendations to others considering the product: Commit the organization to regularly engaging with and acting upon customer reviews. YOTPO - An essential software for eCommerce!
What do you like best? Seamless integration with Magento and then Google Ads, Shopping and Snippets. One can replace Facebook reviews with more authentic YOTPO ones. What do you dislike? Integration with Microsoft Ads and Google Business Profile. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Excellent Service & Support
What do you like best? Our company has been using Yotpo for a couple of years now and we absolutely love the support and experience we get from the company and the platform itself. Shout out to Saurabh Vaish who has been there to help us work through all of our kinks and conundrums. He's the best at helping us maximize the utilization of this amazing tool. What do you dislike? Yotpo is an excellent platform
What do you like best? We really like the full picture of our client / customer experiences that Yotpo helps us paint - the reviews really help bring the product lines to life, and the 2 way commenting makes the brands feel friendly.
