Removes bad reviews so that sales increase, cannot be trusted. Just look at Dakine Poacher RAS 36L bag reviews on Dakines website vs what the ski community says. Bag falls apart and isnt good for skiing.

Avoid at all costs - from a seasoned user

Having used Yotpo for almost two years, I can credibly say that it was a terrible experience. - The web platform is full of bugs and glitches, and takes ages to load each page- Customer support takes ages to to respond to tickets (sometimes over a week!)- Some basic features are only available with their highest-price enterprise plan- There is no flexibility to import orders manually unless you're on the highest-price plan- As a subscription business, we had no way to filter review requests ...

Gets the job done

What do you like best? Integrates with other platforms and offers a well-rounded loyalty and rewards program that is relatively easy to set up - their design team helped get the landing page ready and supported us in other assets. since yotpo and swell are under the same platform, there are capabilities to weave reviews into the loyalty programs communications. I like that the review request emails are automated and allow reviews to be labeled as verified or not to prevent fake reviews. ...

It's an easy website to be use

It's an easy website to be use. User friendly, will be able to find people that actually use products you sell. It can be slow at times but it is good nonetheless. Will be using this more and be reviewing again but so far I think I like it.

Good review app; not 100% needed

What do you like best? It's a good app for managing online reviews in Shopify. It has a lot of advanced features for certain retailers that want it. What do you dislike? That it is does not have a very good free plan. I would like it to have more features in the free plan, and think the Shopify reviews app is very good so its not totally necessary. Easy to Use

What do you like best? When we signed up for Yotpo, we received a dedicated team to help us with installation. They've made the process much easier! They have a full support team on hand to answer any questions or help with anything we need. What do you dislike? We have the option to collect UGC, but as of right now there's no way for us to download the pictures or videos that people are uploading with their reviews. Stay away from these guys!

Stay away from these guys!They do not deliver results and are all about getting more $$ out fo you.They practice an "almost-impossible-to-cancel" style policy, where its easy to sign on but they make it really unpleasant to cancel.Our experience was not good at all and I suggest you stay away from these guys.They are also not US-based so there is an additional reason to not trust them.Look into the company ownership and legal setup to have a better understanding.
