What do you like best? The best aspects of Yesware are being able to send many emails (up to 200) at a time in one mail merge and also being able to track who has read them. What do you like best? It shows you all of the emails you've sent in order and whether they have been opened or not. You can see how many times your email has been opened, where, and from what device. I don't use any of the other features but I do find the email tracking very beneficial. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Mail merges are way too easy to set up. Plus, they can be customized. It also comes with Salesforce integration (a huge plus!).
