I would definitely recommend Yesware for anyone in a sales oriented environment doing outbound.

What do you like best? I love how I am able to send emails at scale and how it also tracks open rates, click rates, bounce rates, and reply rates all within one dashboard. What do you dislike? I don't like the fact that an email in an automated drip campaign still goes out even though even the recipient forwarded the email and the forwarded recipient replies. What do you like best? I like that I can automate and run a lot of e-mails/e-mail campaigns. The software is very easy to use and it is very intuitive. If you don't have a CRM with all of these built-in features, Yesware is the way to go. Yesware does a great job at tracking opens. The ability to insert templates mid e-mail is a life-saver. What do you like best? Yesware is a great tool. It does an amazing job keeping me organized. It allows me to see when people have answered and also helps me schedule future tasks. What do you like best? The ease of seeing when a colleague opens an email. What do you dislike? Sending email with HTML causes Outlook to be non-responsive for a long period of time. What do you like best? The templates are very easy to create & pull in fields from Salesforce. For the most part, they log to Salesforce / your CRM with minimal effort. What do you dislike? There's some room for error as it relates to the Mail Merge features.
