I really like being able to stay connected with my clients
What do you like best? I like that I can see when clients are available for a call. What do you dislike? The multiple pop ups are very frustrating and get in the way of daily activities. Recommendations to others considering the product: Stop all the pop ups What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting a hold of clients via text or phone calls. Finding client availability

Yesware is an essential for communicators (that means you!)
What do you like best? Yesware saves me hours of typing and re-typing my most important messages that I send repetitively. What do you dislike? Yesware has the potential for more effective features but has yet to roll those out. More integrations could be helpful! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Yesware solves a lot of time-management headaches. I can be more efficient with my time and emails, so that I can create more time ...

Some helpful features, not user friendly
What do you like best? Ability to send mail merges easily and share templates with other team members What do you dislike? Tracking doesn't always work well. Have to install and uninstall Yesware many times. Could have better UI/UX Recommendations to others considering the product: Product will likely meet requirements, but the UI/UX can be frustrating What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Segmenting and engaging clients. ...

Used to be really good, now getting progressively worse
What do you like best? The reply tracking, the easy sync with Salesforce. What do you dislike? Not lightning compatible for person account Salesforce users (anyone who is B2C). For the amount we pay and the years lightning has been live for, I find this really disappointing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Dont use if you're using Person Accounts in Salesforce - large issues with no solution on tech roadmap - as of Mar 19 What problems are you solving ...

Yesware is my sales Secret Weapon!
What do you like best? At times, when I'm drumming up new business for my social media firm, I send out cold emails. Yesware allows me to see who's interacting with my sales letters. These are leads I follow up on 1st. This tool is hands-down a must-have for salespeople. Also, the templates are awesome! Such a huge time-saver when you're sending out dozens of emails. What do you dislike? I've never had an issue with this extension. I've had a billing hiccup once and it was my own ...

The best and simple email campaign management tool.
What do you like best? Yesware is great in that they focus on providing useful features through a UI that is super use friendly. I love being able to edit touches prior to sending and choosing a specific day and time to send them. Other tools make this simple ask hard or not even possible. What do you dislike? Would love to see an opt out feature and better individual analytics feature versus just team analytics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Platform does NOT work-save your reps from embarrassing themselves!
What do you like best? Nothing, platform is trash. You will lose opportunities trying to use this junk What do you dislike? Preview function does not work. Despite the emails looking great in the preview, they were completely distorted when they were sent out. Our team spent dozens of hours building lists, all to have prospects receive a sales email that was a complete disaster. I will NEVER consider YW again, what a joke! Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Stay away
What do you like best? MailMerge WAS a good tool 2 years ago... I would have continued using MailMerge if I could send more than 200 emails at a time AND if it supported my signature. Alas.... What do you dislike? Then they got my curiosity with Campaigns which is a brilliant idea, executed amateurishly. It is incredibly poor on performance and riddled with bugs. You can't edit existing campaigns even though it tells you that you can. The changes aren't saved and worst of all, once ...
