What do you like best? I like that it integrates well into my Gmail email application, in fact pretty seemlessly. In the past, there were issues with it loading up each time, but in recent months (many) it has not had any issues. It's very easy to use and does the job I need it to do, which is alert me when an email has been opened. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love that you can create, edit, store, and organize all the templates with ease. Scheduling reminders for follow up emails help me from letting important communications fall through the cracks. And of course, seeing when/if people have opened and clicked is a huge factor in my high rating. It allows me to confidently keep my clients, partners, etc accountable. What do you dislike?
