A great tool for sales people!
What do you like best? Being able to see who opened my email, on what device, in what city, what they clicked on, etc... It's neat to see people interact with my emails. Easy and Accurate Email Tracking
What do you like best? I trust Yesware way more than other tools when it comes to REAL email opens. Yesware only show's a notification if the prospect opens the email and doesn't get triggered by your own opens when reading your emails after the fact. Yesware also shows the device type and location that the prospect opened from which is really nice. Other email trackers count an open if anyone, including yourself clicks on the email. Reliable, affordable & easy to use email automation tool
What do you like best? Yesware is very reliable & easy to use. I've checked several email automation tools, and Yesware offers all the main features I need, such as email templates and scheduling, at a reasonable price. What do you dislike? Good for Basic Tracking
What do you like best? It's really simple to use from the gmail interface. So much so I don't ever go to the Web app. It also seems to be fairly accurate with email opens. Works well with Salesforce. What do you dislike? There is no ability to A/B test within a single campaign. The way the call tasks work too within a campaign are a little wonky. Great product that is easily adapted
What do you like best? The options on the mail merges are really great. The ability to customize each email by creating open fields is really something that has helped close a lot more deals. What do you dislike? I wish you were integrated with Hubspot. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mostly just prospect emailing right now. It's helped me close a lot of deals over the three years I've used it.

great tool for tracking and campaigns.
What do you like best? I like to email tracking capabilities. I also like the ability to create, run and manage a campaign seamlessly with proper timelines built into the tool. What do you dislike? The email tracking sometimes does not load the email when clicking on a tracking link. I have found that sometimes these links work, and other times, they say that the email can no longer be found. What do you like best? knowing when your mail is opened is a great asset - having access to this tool gives you an added dimension to your business emails and provides some certainty in an uncertain world that people are opening your mail - if youre in a sales. marketing or any prospecting role life is easier with yesware. Track conversations, set up campaigns in a snap
What do you like best? I love that Yesware logs all of my customer/prospect emails into Salesforce automatically. It makes it easy to focus on building relationships and not rote (though important) admin work. I also use their Campaigns feature to send personal messages to a number of contacts and also make sure they have multiple touchpoints.
