Useful Tool All Around
What do you like best? I love the fact that I can position follow up emails based on whether they have opened a previous one or not. What do you dislike? Nothing really.....Maybe that chime when someone opens an email can be changed to the sound of a bear or race car? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Who is actually interested and whos not.

Yesware - Enhance Your Sales Process
What do you like best? I like the ability to track Merchant engagement through Yesware. I can see if they've opened, read, or clicked my email/hyperlink. It enhances my efficiency and tracks emails through my Gmail. What do you dislike? The downsides of Yesware are I'm unsure how accurate the tracking is sometimes. I'll get a random notification that a Merchant opened an email at 3AM. For the most part, I believe the tracking is accurate. Recommendations to others considering ...

Easy to use
What do you like best? Yesware is very easy to use and it makes it simple to send out mass emails while still being able to track the participants at the same time. What do you dislike? I don't like that you are not able to send the same recipient multiple campaigns even if they are spaced apart Recommendations to others considering the product: It makes it very quick and easy to send out mass emails in a short amount of time. As a result, it saves me a lot of time during ...

Awesome technology that keeps me on top of my leads
What do you like best? I check the activity on emails I've sent as well as emails that haven't been opened. Makes my follow up much more effective. What do you dislike? I wish it was easier for me to send out templates. In all honesty, I probably need to spend more time to figure out templates but I feel like I don't have enough time with all the other products my company uses. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't wait...get Yesware asap. What ...

The best.
What do you like best? I work in an organization where we track all outreach and engagement against accounts and doing so is a requirement for not losing an account. Yesware has made it extremely easy to do this as it's Salesforce/Gmail integration is better than most. What do you dislike? Getting started with cool features like Campaigns are very easy, but can be confusing down the road especially when trying to set up subsequent touches and other actions down the line. Would love ...

Great for outreach and email management
What do you like best? I love the templates that you can create for mass emails or regularly sent communication, it’s very helpful to have it pre-saved in my email. What do you dislike? I feel like the tracking doesn’t always work, sometimes I’ll get 20 notifications from someone opening an email and others they opened and responded but it didn’t pop up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Improving communication efficiency and ...
