What do you like best? My favorite part about Yesware is that it notifies me immediately when certain emails are opened and where they're opened from. What do you dislike? Always recommend it!
What do you like best? Being able to track opens and volume of engagement is so key to PR work. What do you dislike? I wish I could use mail merge in the minimum premium category. Easy to use, powerful results
What do you like best? I love how simple Yesware is. They have a simple chrome plugin that allows me to get Yesware in my Gmail, so I get email tracking, easy appointment scheduling, and all of my emails are automatically associated to the correct contacts in Salesforce. Yesware helps me quickly manage hundred of customers and leads
What do you like best? Yesware email templates and campaigns make sending automated emails a snap. The campaigns are customizable for each recipient if needed, so the emails fit the receiver perfectly while still saving me tons of time. What do you dislike? sometimes the error messages do not show in entirety so I have to scroll to find the emails that will not be entered in the campaign so I can resolve those. What do you like best? Tracking ability of who opens email, links and how often. What do you dislike? Nothing, it works great! Cant complain about anything. Yesware is an extreme time saver!
What do you like best? Being able to generate repetitive emails on the fly without having to utilize copy/paste or retype multiple times. Having the ability to create or edit existing templates as needed. Being able to have a set time and date to send emails out in the future. What do you dislike? Easy to use
What do you like best? Very easy to set up templates to make emailing more efficient and leads to a lot time saved. Good tracking when it comes to open's and presentation viewing What do you dislike? What do you like best? Intuitive interface. Good alerts and very easy to use. What do you dislike? Occasionally I get fake alerts of emails being opened and the location tracking is inaccurate. What do you like best? My favourite thing about Yesware is that it is so user-friendly and efficient. You can make an email campaign including several touchpoints within minutes. As it integrates with Salesforce, it's really easy to upload a Salesforce report into the software, and the action is also logged for you which is a huge time-saver. Easy Templates, Valuable Email Receipt Info
What do you like best? As a professional writer, I submit content to busy editors. I need to know if/when they open my emails. If I don't hear back after noticing they've opened it, I can gently remind with peace of mind, instead of being anxious about it, or inadvertently disturbing them.
